Returns and Exchanges

Ready-to-wear clothing may be exchanged subject to the item being unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with its original tags and packaging. Contact us promptly after delivery before returning an item. Custom-made, altered, personalised and bridal pieces are non-refundable once production has started, except where required by law. Completed hair, beauty and styling services are not refundable once carried out.
