Booking Policy
These booking rules protect the client’s appointment time and help Da Estol Creative prepare properly for each service.
Deposit
A £25 deposit secures hair and beauty appointments. The deposit is deducted from the final service balance.
Balance
The remaining balance is payable on the appointment day unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce styling time or require rescheduling where the service can no longer be completed properly.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled where reasonable notice is given. Short-notice changes may affect deposit transfer.
Preparation
Please send style references, hair condition, hair length, preferred colour and any special requirements before your appointment.
Final Price
Final price depends on style, size, length, extensions, hair condition, service complexity and additional requests.
